It's a beer & wine store with a bar area to enjoy some beer and wine as well. No food to order, but you can purchase packaged snack items. Great service and enough seating.

This is half beer store, half bar and all awesome. Try lots of cool craft beers, totally reasonable prices, and everyone there was friendly. Would go again anytime!

This is a bar and a beer and wine store in Germantown. While the bar atmosphere is great with live music regularly scheduled, the retail section could use some rearranging with proper signage.

Great place! Excellent service. Drinks affordable. Local gourmet beers on tap. The venue is beautiful. Needs some modifications, like a pool table. Music was great because management played our suggestions. We had a ball and made new friends with the locals. Love this place!

After moving from downtown crown in Gaithersburg, this place really hits the same vibe. Good beer with a bar and friendly bartenders.

Such an awesome place! The beer on tap is such a great selection, the owner and beertenders are all fun and nice. The regulars are all fun and welcoming. There's also a store side where you can buy beer and wine, all great selections. Highly recommend them for your next alcohol purchase on the go or to just go and chill.

Nice place, clean, quiet, mellow crowd and staff. Very good place for happy hour. Nice selection of wine and beer. 5 tvs to watch, lottery games. Nice place to lay back, have a beer and chill, listen to some mellow tunes. This is a no hassle bar

Beer on TAPz is a newly opened beer store located in Germantown, MD. They opened their doors on June 17th. It’s unique designed makes it’s a hidden gem and it’s popularity will skyrocket once discovered. The name Beer on TAPz is a little confusing to where you’re puzzled as to whether this place is a brewery or a beer store. From the outside, you’d automatically assume that it is just a normal beer store. This is not the case. When you first walk in you’re taken back by the open floor space and the high tables and chairs. In the middle you’ll be shocked to find a bar. The bar contains 20 different beers on tap all from local and non local breweries. They also sell 600 different types of beers as well as wines. Beer on TAPz does not offer food but you can bring your own. I highly recommend trying this place out if your the area or if your local.
